How You Can Light It Red

HOW TO LIGHT IT RED FOR LYMPHOMA

Light it Red for Lymphoma makes lymphoma visible by lighting buildings and landmarks across the world in red. You can Light it Red for Lymphoma too by:

• Wear red on World Lymphoma Awareness Day (September 15) and share photos on social media with #LightItRed
• Using a custom LIR background during meetings on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, or other video conference platforms
• Visit Light it Red for Lymphoma Lighting Partners in your area, take a photo, and share it on social media using #LightItRed
• Make lawn signs (Download Light It Red for Lymphoma branding here)
• Download an LIR Selfie Sign, take a picture, and post it on social media with #LightItRed
• Make a gift on LRF’s BCAM Giving Day (September 15) to help further our mission
• Join our community by attending an education program or fundraising event during September (View LRF’s full events calendar here)

CELEBRATE AND FUNDRAISE DURING BCAM

Blood Cancer Awareness Month and World Lymphoma Awareness Day is the perfect time to come together in support of the lymphoma community – and the perfect way to raise funds to support life-saving research during the month of September!

ANNUAL GALA

The 2023 Annual Gala on September 28, 2023 will bring together leaders from across the lymphoma community to raise vital funds to support LRF’s mission to eradicate lymphoma and serve those touched by this disease.

GIVING DAY

September 15, 2023, is the first-ever LRF Giving Day — celebrating the entire lymphoma community and all we make possible together. By making a gift on Giving Day, you can help power research breakthroughs that cure blood cancers and directly support cancer patients in need.

LETTER TO THE EDITOR

Sending a letter to your local newspaper editor is a simple and effective way to raise awareness during Blood Cancer Awareness Month and educate readers about lymphoma/CLL and policy issues that are most important to the cancer community and LRF.

FUNDRAISE YOUR WAY

Fundraising is easy and also helps to raise awareness among your network of friends, families, colleagues, and community.  From creating a Facebook Fundraiser, to coordinating a one-time event like a red bake sale through LRF’s Fundraise You Way program, the options are endless!

SUPPORTERS

Thank you to our supporters for making the future brighter for all those touched by lymphoma!
