The distance of the walks varies depending on your site location, but no walk is longer than a 5k (approximately 3.1 miles). If you are unable to walk, you can still register and join us on walk day. We are always looking for help to cheer on our walkers.
Walk t-shirts can be picked up on walk day after you check-in. If you are a neighborhood walker, your t-shirt will be mailed directly to you.

There are rest stops along the route with water available for all walkers.
Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted at all Lymphoma Walks. Please check with your local Lymphoma Walk representative to see if pets are allowed at your local walk site.
Food and beverages will be provided on walk day.
The Lymphoma Walks take place rain or shine. Updates will be communicated via email and the website in the event of a cancellation.
Credit cards, cash and checks are accepted on walk day.
Please do not leave belongings unattended. Teams should assign someone to attend to items left in tents, and individuals should leave personal belongings in their cars. The Lymphoma Research Foundation is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
