- Aggressive lymphomas (including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, and other aggressive lymphomas)
- Indolent lymphomas (including follicular lymphoma, marginal zone lymphomas, Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia, and other slow-growing lymphomas)
- Chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL)
