Joel Pollick joined the Lymphoma Research Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2021. He is the Founder and CEO of Percent Pledge, a modern corporate giving platform. Percent Pledge powers matching gifts, employee volunteering, and corporate grants for companies of all sizes. Prior to Percent Pledge, Joel was the youngest equity partner ever at boutique strategy consulting firm Market Strategy Group.

Joel has a long history in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, and technology, having learned from his father and non-profit leader Marc Pollick. His commitment to the Foundation’s mission stems from his personal connection to lymphoma, supporting his best friend whose father was diagnosed with the disease.
