Chicago Philanthropic Community Supports LRF’s Mission to Eradicate Lymphoma and Serve Those Impacted by this Blood Cancer
CHICAGO – The Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) – the nation’s largest non-profit organization devoted exclusively to funding innovative lymphoma research and serving the lymphoma community through a comprehensive series of education programs, outreach initiatives and patient services – hosted its third Swirl: A Wine Tasting Event series in Chicago on May 30. Held at the exclusive Casino, the event raised more than $131,000 in support of the Lymphoma Research Foundation and its mission.
Representatives from Founding Sponsor Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits (SGWS) were on hand to present attendees with a selection of award-winning wines that featured Hot Wine Trends of 2019, and a special selection craft whisky. More than 300 guests attended to enjoy the evening’s unique wine and whiskey tasting, live jazz performances by the Rose Colella Jazz Quartet and silent auction.
