Prominent New York Attorney Joins Lymphoma Research Foundation Board of Directors
The Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) – the nation’s largest non-profit organization devoted exclusively to funding innovative lymphoma research and serving the lymphoma community through a comprehensive series of education programs, outreach initiatives, and patient services – is pleased to announce the election of Larry Dobosh of New York, NY to its Board of Directors.
The Lymphoma Research Foundation’s Board of Directors is comprised of business leaders, medical professionals, and Foundation supporters from across the United States who utilize their skills and expertise to further the LRF mission. Foundation Directors are responsible for supporting the mission and activities of the Lymphoma Research Foundation, establishing policies and programmatic goals; and monitoring the organization’s finances.
“We are thrilled to welcome Larry to the Board of the Lymphoma Research Foundation,” said Steven Eichberg, Chair of the LRF Board of Directors. “Members of the Board of Directors are critical to our success, and we are fortunate to have him join this dedicated group of individuals.”
Mr. Dobosh brings more than three decades of experience advising leading financial services firms and companies in the legal, compliance, global markets and risk areas, including Performance Trust Capital Partners, Merrill Lynch, and Bank of America. As a lymphoma survivor, Dobosh is looking forward to serving on the Board and providing his unique insight to help LRF support other patients and families touched by lymphoma.
“I’ve seen first-hand the impact that a lymphoma diagnosis has on a patient and their loved ones,” says Dobosh. “I’m thrilled to support LRF’s mission and help raise awareness of the Foundation.”
