Joel Pollick joined the Lymphoma Research Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2021. He is the Founder and CEO of the workplace philanthropy platform Percent Pledge. Percent Pledge creates customized social impact programs enabling businesses of any size to authentically engage with their workforce and improve employer brand. Prior to Percent Pledge, Joel was the youngest equity partner ever at Market Strategy Group, and held senior positions at The Giving Back Fund and AccuRev.

Joel has a long history in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, and technology, having learned from his father and non-profit leader Marc Pollick. His commitment to LRF’s mission stems from his personal connection to lymphoma, supporting his best friend whose father was diagnosed with the disease.
